First branch in Ribáuè district

On Tuesday, December 26th, we have opened a new branch in the Ribáuè district in Nampula province, which, in addition to a traditional banking area, has a digital area, opened 24 hours a day, with ATMs for cash deposits.

The opening of the Ribáuè branch is part of our business strategy, aiming to be close to our customers, serving them with devotion. The project also aims to extend the bank's branch network to rural areas, thus expanding its products and services to the communities in these areas.

Due to its strategic location, this branch is a great contribution to drive financial inclusion, bringing to the Mozambican market and to Ribáuè’s market in particular, innovative banking solutions that will allow the population to have more quality services and convenience by using financial services.

Therefore, economic agents and the population of Ribáuè will in general, have electronic channels, namely NetPlus (Internet Banking), NetPlus App (Mobile Banking) and the Customer Careline, which can be accessed free of charge, 24 hours per day, including holidays, through the number 800 412 412. With this branch, we've increased to five the number of branches in the province of Nampula. Two of them are in Nacala and the other two in Nampula city.
