2nd Lioness Lean In Breakfast showcase Mozambique’s women entrepreneurs in Maputo

Maputo hosts the opening of the second series of Lionesses of Africa, a rapidly growing network of over 300,000 women entrepreneurs in 49 African countries and other continents, next Thursday 27 April.

Followed by an introduction by Lionesses of Africa founder and CEO, Melanie Hawken; four inspirational guest speakers will their own entrepreneurial journeys and experiences, namely Anila Mussa, founder of Izy Shop, Sazia Sousa , Founder of Technoplus, Wacy Zacarias, founder of Karingana Wa Karingana and Sasha Vieira, Incubator Head from Standard Bank Mozambique.

For Melanie Hawken this is a must-attend event for women entrepreneurs in Maputo as it will give them the opportunity to learn about entrepreneurial experiences of women who are leading large companies in the country.

"During the Lionesses of Africa, Mozambican women entrepreneurs will be able to take advantage of ideas and advice from women entrepreneurs with extensive experience in business and brand promotion, providing an excellent opportunity for networking with speakers and participants who all share a passion for advancing women entrepreneurs in Mozambique " she said.
