Leasing

- Sole Proprietorships (Empresários em Nome Individual, “ENIs”);
- Companies.
- Companies with no incident recorded in their accounts and no negative information in the Risk Registry (Central de Risco, “CDR”);
- Companies legally incorporated and operating in the market for at least 1 year;
- Companies with accounting information (Financial statements or IRPC Return / Form 10).
- Proforma invoice from an authorised supplier;
- Letter applying for leasing;
- Financial statements for the last 3 financial years (balance sheet and income statement) and the latest trial balance available;
- IRPC Return (Form 10) signed and stamped by the local Tax Office (if no formal accounts are kept);
- Auditors' report (if the company has been audited);
- Bank statements for the last 6 months (for customers with no account history with Standard Bank);
- Client portfolio and, if possible, copies of agreements entered into;
- Commercial Registry Certificate (valid for 90 days);
- Articles of Association published in the Boletim da República / Company’s Memorandum of Association (Legal Entities);
- Copy of your NUIT;
- Powers of attorney granting powers to effect the transaction and the proxyholder’s identification document;
- Copy of the ID card/ Passport/ DIRE (for non-customers or if the customer’s information is outdated).
