Standard Bank presents innovative solutions at MozTech

Aiming at contributing to the increasing usage of technology, especially those related to the financial sector, in meeting the needs of Mozambicans, Standard Bank will be for the third consecutive year, partner of the MozTech technology fair.

In this event, which will take place next May in Maputo, a part fom being once again one of the main exhibitors, Standard Bank will be part of the a panel of speakers.

For this bank, serving its clients with consistency and quality has always been one of the main priorities, a mission the bank believes that have been successfully achieved thanks to the use of technology.

For the fourth edition, Standard Bank will present several innovations, one of which allows the authorization of banking transactions on the smartphone with fingerprint and another one that will allow making transfers, service payments as well as other operations in any type of mobile phone, With or without internet connection.

Standard Bank's expectation of this year's MozTech edition, under the theme "Digital Era: A New Way of Living and Doing Business", according to managing director, Chuma Nwokocha, is that after this fair the digital becomes part of the Mozambicans Lifestyle, that is, people gradually adopt technology in the performance of their daily tasks.

"Standard Bank understands that this fair has been growing in terms of quality. Be at the level of the debates, as well as the exposure and applicability of the solutions presented by companies to meet the real needs of the population, "said the managing director.
