From today on, Monday, March 6th, Standard Bank’s Super Marés and Shoprite branches in Maputo will have new opening hours, in order to provide greater convenience and flexibility to our customers.
Thus, the new working hours at the aforementioned branches now will be from 10:30 AM to 6 PM on weekdays, and 10:30 to 3 PM on weekends.
This pioneering initiative in the Mozambican financial market is aligned to Standard Bank's service strategy aiming at keeping the bank's doors open for the longest period per day.
In the future, the initiative will be extended to more branches throughout the country, always seeking to be closer to our customers as well as providing a consistently high level of service.
To complement this new offer, the Bank has a 24 hours a day customer line 800412412, through which the customers are able to complete several operations, from credit cards and PIN re-issuing; Blocking and cancellation of cards and accounts in case of fraud up to assistance with NetPlus-Internet Banking and MobiPlus.
